All drivers must have a valid Japanese
Drivers License or a valid international driverfs
license.

In the event a person without a valid
driverfs license is driving at the time of an accident
then the name of the person on the rental agreement
shall be liable for to total charges in respect of
damage or the vehicle, and damage and liabilities to
other parties.

All reservation booked through the
internet require a deposit of 20% of the rental charge
within 7 days of reservation.
The balance is to be paid 60 days prior to commencement
of rental.

All accidents must be reported to the
nearest police station and a copy of the accident report
must be supplied to Hakuba Three Peaks Property
Management.

In the event of an accident, the renter
must contact Hakuba Three Peaks Property Management in a
prompt and timely manner.

The person renting the vehicle is will
be charges for the first 50,000yen for all insurance
claims.

The vehicle must be returned to Hakuba
Three Peaks Property Management prior to the completion
of this agreement. Failure to do so with result in an
additional 1 days charge.

All cars must be returned with a full
tank of gasoline. In the event the car is returned
without a full tank of gasoline Hakuba Three Peaks
Property Management shall charge the person listed on
the agreement 10,000yen.

In case the vehicle is returned prior to
the date on this agreement there shall be no refund to
the renter.
