Comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. If you are carrying suitcases with wheels, storage space is suitable for about 2 pieces.

Pick-up / Drop-off Service
Pick-up and drop-off service is available within the Hakuba / Otari area upon request.
The shuttle fee is 3,000 JPY one-way / 6,000 JPY round-trip (tax included).
For locations outside the Hakuba / Otari area, shuttle fees may vary depending on distance and conditions.
Availability and pricing will be confirmed in advance after contacting us.
We can provide transportation to locations such as Hakuba Station, Happo Bus Terminal, and Tsugaike Kogen.
Please note that shuttle service may not be available due to road conditions or reservation status on the day.
Insurance & Coverage
Basic voluntary insurance for bodily injury and property damage is included in the rental fee.
However, vehicle repair costs and NOC (Non-Operation Charge) are not included in the basic coverage.
To prepare for unexpected accidents, you may select one of the following coverage options.

Accidents and vehicle damage are more likely to occur in ski resort areas due to
snowy roads, icy conditions, narrow mountain routes, and limited visibility.
For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend selecting
Option C (Vehicle Damage Coverage + NOC Waiver).
Fuel Policy
Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. If the tank is not full upon return, fuel charges will be calculated and billed based on our designated formula.

* There are limited gas stations around the Hakuba area. Please allow sufficient time for refueling before returning the vehicle.
